Edwards Realty Co. and Core Acquisitions form the ownership team that purchased The Shops at Carriage Crossing, the 514,000-square-foot retail center.

Carriage Crossing was sold mid-March. The new owners want to bring a fresh mix of tenants and new ideas to draw the community to the center.

The new owners say they aim to revitalize the mall it calls a Collierville "staple," with a goal of infusing creative investment.
