Kyle Edwards is an Asset Manager with Edwards Realty Company, where he oversees a portfolio of retail and mixed-use commercial properties throughout the Midwest.

In his role, Kyle is responsible for asset performance, budgeting, financial analysis, leasing strategy, capital improvement projects, tenant relations, and operational oversight. He works closely with ownership, leasing teams, lenders, municipalities, tenants, and third-party consultants to maximize property value and support long-term investment objectives.

Kyle takes a hands-on approach to asset management and is passionate about creating value through strong operations, strategic planning, and meaningful relationships with tenants, investors, and industry partners.

Kyle earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker. He is currently pursuing the CCIM designation.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys cycling, exploring Chicago, attending live music events, and producing electronic music.
